Terms of Service

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Your account role (business or salesperson) is chosen at signup and is permanent. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Services.

Certain features use Core Credits, which businesses purchase in packs. Payments are processed by Stripe. Credits are a limited license to use platform features and have no cash value. Except where required by law, purchases are non-refundable once credits are used.

You agree not to misuse the Services, including: posting false or misleading information; harvesting or scraping data; harassing other users; uploading unlawful, infringing, or malicious content; or attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Services.

You retain ownership of content you submit (such as profiles, résumés, and job posts). You grant Salesman Connect a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and use that content to operate and promote the Services. You are responsible for the content you provide and confirm you have the rights to share it.

The Services integrate third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, Google, LinkedIn). Your use of those providers is subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any particular hiring outcome, income, or result. Assessment and content features are provided for informational purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Salesman Connect will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Services or other users.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Michigan.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
